Terry McMillan
Raised in Hackney, Terry, who left school aged 16 with very few qualifications, immediately joined the Post Office, prior to identifying an opportunity and pursuing a career in the property industry.
Subsequent to a number of years’ experience, predominantly working on refurbishments, conversions and trading-stock, he went on to set-up ‘Trademark Homes’ in 1998, a company which has steadily and consistently evolved into a group of companies specialising in both property development and investment, now commonly known as ‘The Trademark Group’ http://www.trademarkgroup.co.uk/.
Having been based in Bermondsey, SE1 for over 20 years, The Trademark Group have become recognised as one of the pioneers in the regeneration of the area, resulting in a location filled with businesses of various sizes, along with being home to a diverse population of varying cultures, genders and backgrounds.
