What we collect
We collect the details you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, organisation name and the content of your message — when you use our contact form, sign up to volunteer, fundraise or partner with us.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to administer volunteering, fundraising and partnership activity, and to keep records required of a registered charity. We never sell your data.
Sharing
We only share personal information with service providers who help us operate (for example our email and donation platforms), or where we are required to do so by law or by our safeguarding duties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for no longer than is necessary, and delete or anonymise information once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@mcmillanfamilytrust.org and we will respond within one month.
